Ulie is a sophomore in the College majoring in Linguistics and minoring in Performing Arts, born and raised in Sichuan, China. Her interests include music, dance, and photography. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and can speak conversational Korean, Spanish, and Modern Greek. Currently, she works as a photographer under Campus Ministry, a visual artist for TEDxGeorgetown, and as the marketing manager of Campus Sherpa, a Hoya Startup company. She is passionate about promoting feminism and gender equality on campus as well as serving as a liaison to introduce feminism and related issues to her local community in China. She is looking forward to working with the steering committee and other fellows to foster an inclusive environment that women on campus can thrive in.
